She is a firm advocate of working closely with doctors and other medical practitioners in order to best optimize the health of her clients in safe and natural ways. To this end, any treatment plan is always preceeded by a detailed consultation in order to ascertain client suitability and where necessary, GP approval. Coming from a teaching background, Linda believes that the key to success or failure in the implementation of new eating plans or lifestyle changes, is firmly rooted in education. For this reason all clients take away with them clear and informative information packs individually tailored to suit their needs. Until recently, Linda was involved in the running of a successful training college for students embarking on careers in body therapy. It was here that her interest in preventive medicine first took root.
